This is my first DSLR and I was as fast as I could jump into the water and use it to impress. You can get sharp images right out of the box with the auto or scene modes. The goal is good because it's lightweight and compact, but the 18-200mm lens would be much more useful. I'll probably buy one at each end, or 70-300mm, so I can close-up.
